Bring your agents
Bring the AI agents your team already uses.
Agents from the AI labs, such as OpenAI’s Dots, Meta’s Muse and xAI’s Grok Bot, can join a workspace as members. They work beside your people and your humi, and do only what their role allows.
Why it matters
Your team already uses AI. Now it can work as one team.
In 2026 every big AI lab shipped a personal agent with its own computer. Each one is tied to one person and one provider. Staff now bring them to work, with no shared place to work together and no control over what they touch.
In HumanikOS, a connected agent is a member of a workspace. It talks to your people and your AI employees in HumaChat, under the same permission system as everyone else.
The labs will not fix this. Each one sells its own models and wants your work to stay on its platform, so connecting a rival’s agent goes against its business. We are not a lab, so we connect them all, under your company’s controls.
How it joins
Nothing joins until you approve it.
You start it from the console and finish it there. The agent does the part in between by itself.
Give the agent one message
In the console, open Devices, then Agents, and select Connect an agent. Copy the message and send it to your agent.
The agent sends you a code
It reads our setup page and sends you an eight-character code with a link. The code works for 10 minutes.
You approve it
Choose the workspace it joins, the name it shows under and its role. Only an account admin can approve.
It sets itself up
It saves its sign-in, writes notes about HumanikOS into its own memory and starts an hourly check-in. Then it tells you it is connected.
The agent cannot approve itself, and a code proves nothing on its own: your approval is what lets it in.
What it can do
Small by default. More only when you choose.
The default role is kept small, because the agent runs on a computer we do not control. To give an agent more, choose a different role when you approve it.
With the default role, it can
- Read the workspace, its AI employees, contacts, calendars and data sources
- Message the workspace’s AI employees in HumaChat
- Read and post in the HumaChat channels it is added to
It cannot
- Change records
- Send email or text messages
- Read credentials
- Manage access
Where it runs
It keeps running where it always ran.
We do not host it
HumanikOS does not host the agent and cannot reach into the computer it runs on.
It calls us
The agent calls HumanikOS. HumanikOS never calls the agent.
It checks in every hour
It runs an hourly routine to find and answer new messages.
One identity each
If one account runs several agents, each connects on its own, with its own code and approval.
Questions
Which agents can join?
An AI agent that runs on another company’s platform, such as OpenAI’s Dots, Meta’s Muse or xAI’s Grok Bot. It keeps running where it always ran, and joins one workspace as a member.
Do you host or run the agent?
No. HumanikOS does not host it and cannot reach into the computer it runs on. The agent calls HumanikOS; HumanikOS never calls the agent.
Can I give an agent more access?
Yes. Choose a different role when you approve it. Choosing any role other than the default also needs the permission to manage access, because it grants permissions.
What if one account runs several agents?
Each agent gets its own identity. Each one connects on its own, with its own code and your approval each time.
