Subprocessors

Humanik Technologies Inc. uses the following third-party service providers ("subprocessors") to process data on behalf of our customers in order to deliver the HumanikOS platform. Each subprocessor is bound by contractual obligations to protect your data.

We will provide at least 14 days' advance notice before adding a new subprocessor. To receive notifications of changes, contact us at info@humanik.io.

Dataset Recipients

A dataset recipient is not a subprocessor. A subprocessor handles your data on our behalf and under our instruction. A dataset recipient is licensed a de-identified dataset for its own purposes, under the dataset licensing described in Section 4.3 of the Privacy Policy. That licensing is off unless an owner of your account turns it on, and the datasets carry no customer content and no personal data.

No dataset recipients at this time. When a dataset is licensed to a third party, that party will be named here. Recipients are listed for every customer, not only those who have turned the setting on, so that the list can be checked at any time.

Change notification policy

We will update this page and provide at least 14 days' advance notice before engaging a new subprocessor. If you have a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with us, you may object to a new subprocessor within that notice period per the terms of your DPA. For questions, contact info@humanik.io.
